A large, charming house in the heart of Suscinio, nestled between a nature reserve and the ocean
Set in the heart of the Suscinio Birdlife Reserve, this two-storey house allows you to enjoy the nearby beach, stroll along the coastal paths, discover the many treasures of the Rhuys Peninsula and the Gulf of Morbihan, or simply relax in peace and quiet in our garden! Pleasant, comfortable and well-equipped, the house offers up to 470 m² of indoor living space with its 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms: for 16 people, you’ll have 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms; for 20 people (optional), you’ll have 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
On the ground floor
On the ground floor you will find: two spacious entrances, a large kitchen and an 80m² living room with a wood-burning stove. This floor also leads to a bedroom with two single beds, which can double as a small lounge with a pool table. Finally, there is a second bedroom with one single bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom are suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Optionally available: a 50m² room with an adjoining 20m² kitchen.
Au premier étage
Au premier étage vous pourrez utiliser jusqu’à 7 grandes chambres (dont 2 en option) : 3 grandes chambres vue sur mer, dont une avec balcon, de type suite parentale avec lit double (ou 2 lits de 90) et salle de bain attenante ; 3 chambres classiques avec vue sur mer (dont 2 en option) ; 1 très grand dortoir avec 2 lits simples et 3 lits triperposés. Trois autres salles de douches, une lingerie avec machine à laver et 2 sèche-linge se trouvent aussi à l’étage. En fonction de l’option choisie, vous pouvez loger de façon très spacieuse à 16 ou 20 personnes.
