Shops, restaurants and leisure facilities are all within easy reach by car. And for sailing and boating enthusiasts, the **Port du Crouesty** is also nearby!
A modular house that can accommodate 16 to 20 people
In its standard configuration, the house offers 350 m² of space, including a 90 m² reception room with a fully equipped kitchen, along with 7 bedrooms, 15 beds, and 6 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. A first option adds 2 additional bedrooms (+4 beds) and a shower room, bringing the total capacity to 20 guests. A second option includes a 50-square-meter reception/seminar room as well as a second fully equipped kitchen, which can increase the property’s capacity (this room allows up to 20 people to gather together, either for lunch or for meetings).

Our large house in Suscinio, located in the town of Sarzeau (Morbihan), is just 25 minutes from the TGV station in Vannes.

A fully organised seminar in an exceptional setting. We organised a 48-hour seminar at this house, ideally situated between Suscinio Castle and the beach. The real highlight: the Zodiac boat trip from Le Crouesty, included in the hire price, which made a lasting impression on the whole team. The host was very considerate and flexible regarding arrival and departure times, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend this place and this rental for group events.

A fabulous spot! In front, the marshes, then the sea just 300 metres away; behind, a castle belonging to the Dukes of Brittany. Simply enchanting! The house is beautiful and spacious, with a lovely inner courtyard and garden. Inside, there’s a large, very well-equipped kitchen and a spacious, comfortable living room with a fireplace. A wonderful welcome with all the information we needed. A big thank you to Marine. We were so lucky to have spent five days in this unique spot. Highly recommended.
A lovely holiday let, ideally situated 500 metres from the beach, in a quiet area. The interior has been refurbished and everything is new and clean. Almost every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. It is fully equipped for a pleasant stay. The perfect accommodation for a large group.
The house is magnificent and decorated with great taste. The property is very well maintained, spotlessly clean and within walking distance of the sea. The welcome was excellent; Marine and Katia were always on hand to answer any questions we had and ensure we had a perfect stay. We had a wonderful weekend in this house.
