Plan your stay in Suscinio, whether with family, friends or on a business trip

Access

Susci is both in the heart of the countryside, opposite Suscinio Castle, and right by the sea, opposite the superb south-facing beach at Suscinio. Susci is very close to the town of Sarzeau, 10 minutes from Saint Gildas de Rhuys, 15 minutes from Crouesty harbour and 25 minutes from Vannes TGV station.

By car, enter ‘Château de Suscinio’ into your sat-nav. Once you reach the château, leave it on your right and continue straight on for 150 metres. At the bend, take the small road marked ‘No entry except for residents’. The house is 50 metres past the ‘No entry’ sign, on the right. Running alongside the château’s dovecote, you’ll find a car park for eight cars in the gravel driveway: you’ve arrived!

Arrival

A few days before your arrival, Jehanne (or her team) will contact you to arrange a meeting at the property.

Opening hours

Check-in after 5.00 pm, check-out before 9.30 am (except on Sundays, when check-out may be later in the day). These times allow for cleaning and the changing of linen between bookings. For any requests to deviate from these times, please contact Marine.

Reception

Jehanne will give you a quick tour of the house and is on hand to answer any questions you may have about the peninsula. Guidebooks and maps of the area are available in the main lounge.

Prices and availability

The calendar showing the dates on which the property is available for holiday lets and corporate seminars can be viewed on the property’s Airbnb page, where the rates are also displayed. To avoid platform fees, you can contact Marine directly on 06 61 42 98 32 or via the contact form.

Heating

Central heating (operational from October to April), modern wood-burning stove in the large living room.

Multimedia

Wi-Fi connection with constant access throughout the property, printer, desk, work table, Bose hi-fi system.

Family and Children

Books, toys and games for children, cot, travel cot, high chair, baby bath.

Garden and outdoor areas

Large garden, balcony, back garden, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue.

Parking

Free on-site car park, with space for 8 cars.

Safety

Fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, first-aid kit.

Rules

You are very welcome at Susci! To ensure the quality of our services, we kindly ask you to observe the rules set out below.

Interdictions
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Parties and social gatherings are not permitted.

Children are the sole responsibility of their parents whilst in the house and garden (loft beds, oven, electric hobs, wood-burning stove, low walls, stairs). The property contains steps and staircases. The bunk bed must only be used if the parents consider it safe. Regarding the wood-burning stove: a responsible adult must remain in the room whilst it is in use.

You are responsible for daily cleaning. All crockery must be clean and put away before you leave. Bins must be emptied, fridges cleared out and bathrooms rinsed down. The cleaning service, which is subject to a charge, covers end-of-stay cleaning and laundry, but not daily cleaning whilst you are staying there. You must not move any furniture during your stay.

A ‘House Rules’ folder is available in the living room. Adults must supervise children at all times. CCTV cameras are installed on the property.

A deposit of €3,500 is required (the cheque will not be cashed unless damage occurs).
